서울 하프마라톤을 마치고 꽤나 피곤한 차, 이런저런 이유로 월요일 저녁에 한잔할 일이 있어서 화요일 아침 운동을 쉬었다. 수요일인 오늘 아침은 공기도 아주 상쾌하고 컨디션도 많이 좋아지고 근육통도 기분 좋은 통증으로 바뀌었다. 5월부터 애플워치의 기본 앱으로 사용하고 NRC는 매뉴얼로 기입하기로 했다. 이번에 꼭 비교를 해 보자
